The Kickoff Guarantee

If fewer than 20 residents sign up by Day Zero, we delay the launch and run the sign-up push again with you — at no extra cost. You will never host an empty room with your name on it.

The Community Investment Pool

Residents put down a small commitment fee — as little as $66 — to secure a limited spot. 100% of those fees pool directly into the phase prizes and the grand finale. Commitment goes up, the property's net cost stays small, and residents co-own the celebration. Optional and configurable per property.

How much staff time does this take?
On Signature and Premium: about an hour total — approve the plan, introduce us, reserve the room. On the Founding Pilot, your team also hosts the four phase nights using our complete playbooks, so plan for a team member to be present at those gatherings. Either way, we handle the content, the scripts, the tracking, the recognition, and the report.
What if only a handful of residents sign up?
That's what the Kickoff Guarantee is for. We run the sign-up push with proven invitations and Day Zero prizes — and if we don't reach 20 residents by Day Zero, we delay the launch and fix it together at no extra cost.
Who runs and hosts the gatherings?
We provide the full run-of-show and materials for every night. On the Founding Pilot, Henrique personally hosts the kickoff and the grand finale, and your team hosts the four phase nights with our ready-to-run playbooks and live guidance — a script to follow, not an event to plan. On Signature and Premium, we host all six. Gatherings take place in your amenity spaces under your community's normal event practices.
Are prizes and recognition fair to all residents?
Yes. Every resident is invited, recognition is based only on participation, and prizes follow your property's standard policies. Nothing about the program depends on who a resident is — only on showing up.
Do residents really pay to join?
The commitment fee is optional and configurable per property. Many communities use it because a small commitment doubles follow-through — and 100% of it pools into the prizes and finale, so residents get it back as an experience they helped build.
What happens after Day 66?
The habits and friendships stay — that's the point of a 66-day arc. Signature-tier properties also get a quarterly mini-challenge to keep the culture alive, and many communities re-run the journey for new residents.
How do we know it worked?
