Most operators feel turnover. Fewer add it up. Here is what one empty unit typically costs, all in.
Industry surveys place the average turnover cost near $4,000 per unit, and 40–60% of residents turn over each year. Figures vary by market. Sources available on request.
Save two renewals, and a Founding Pilot has more than paid for itself. Together 66 turns one of your largest controllable costs into your strongest community story.

You don't have to take our word for it. The multifamily industry's own research has been saying this for years.
Renters rated "sense of community" the number one value driver in SatisFacts' annual resident surveys for nine straight years — and a top factor in the renewal decision.
SatisFacts Research, 2013–2021Renters who know no neighbors are about 29% likely to renew. Renters who know seven or more are about 47% likely — nearly double.
Apartment Life researchIn renewal-intent surveys across 760+ communities, residents who mentioned the presence of community events leaned yes on renewing. Residents who mentioned the lack of them said no.

For 66 days, residents take one small guided action a day and share it with their neighbors. Six live gatherings — a kickoff plus five phase finales — turn small actions into real friendships. Recognition, status tiers, and prizes keep energy high. And when it ends, your team gets the Renewal Report: participation, photos, resident stories, and feedback you can take straight to ownership.

Together 66 was created by Henrique Vissotto. For 23 years, Henrique has done professionally what most buildings never manage: taking a room full of people who don't know each other and turning them into a community with habits, pride, and momentum. His 66-day method is grounded in published habit-formation research — a well-known University College London study (Lally et al., 2010) found new habits take about 66 days, on average, to become automatic. Together 66 applies that same engine to where people live.

"People aren't meant to merely live side by side. They're meant to rise, connect, and become more — together."
Each simple principle is lived over two days — so it sticks. Every phase ends with the whole community gathering, because belonging means more when it's shared.
Finding your footing. Residents build simple daily habits and settle in — the strong base for connecting with others.
Courage to connect. Neighbors stretch beyond their comfort zone — saying hello and starting real conversations.
Connection becomes a habit. Residents build the small routines and friendships that make a place truly feel like home.
Lifting others. Residents start to lead — welcoming newcomers and strengthening the whole community.
Belonging that lasts. What started as an experience becomes a real community culture.
At the end of each phase, residents come together. Every phase closes with a live gathering — celebrating progress, sharing stories, and growing closer. These nights are the heartbeat of Together 66.
Along the way, principles come to life through the example of widely admired achievers in sport, music, science, and culture — so the lessons feel relatable and easy to live. Together 66 is an independent experience and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any public figures referenced. Names illustrate widely recognized examples of the principles taught.
One kickoff, plus a night to close each phase — each designed as the payoff for what residents practiced. Two formats for every night; pick the vibe that fits your community.
Strangers walk in, neighbors walk out. A belonging passport, friendly missions, and the goal for the 66 days ahead.
Celebrating the first habits — from a sunrise stretch-and-smoothies morning to a goals night over drinks.
Rewarding the courage to open up — story-swap tables or a skills-and-service fair where every voice gets heard.
Acquaintances become friends — a potluck with open mic, or one long elegant house dinner for the whole community.
Leadership in action — a pay-it-forward night or a community give night the whole building rallies around.
The showpiece — the Belonging Awards or a black-tie-optional Legacy Gala crowning the community they built.
Every night is co-branded to your property. Higher tiers add catering, décor, hosting, and photography. Recognition runs all 66 days: digital badges, streaks, weekly spotlights, and a five-tier status ladder residents are proud to climb.
Events vendors throw parties. Together 66 delivers a result. Every launch ends with the Renewal Report — the ownership-ready packet your regional team actually wants.

If fewer than 20 residents sign up by Day Zero, we delay the launch and run the sign-up push again with you — at no extra cost. You will never host an empty room with your name on it.
Residents put down a small commitment fee — as little as $66 — to secure a limited spot. 100% of those fees pool directly into the phase prizes and the grand finale. Commitment goes up, the property's net cost stays small, and residents co-own the celebration. Optional and configurable per property.
Grand prizes are usually property perks — a month of reserved parking, a waived amenity fee, a guest-suite night — that cost the building almost nothing but feel worth hundreds to a renter. Local restaurants, gyms, and spas add donated prizes in exchange for resident exposure. Specific rewards are confirmed with your team before launch.
